Led by experienced NICU nurse practitioners, NEOwell helps NICU families gain confidence when transitioning their infant to daily life at home. Services are in person or virtual and include breastfeeding counseling, preparing the home for discharge and on-call resources.

NEOwell provides an extension of care for families currently in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and transitioning to home.We are compassionate care advisors that will guide families throughout the prenatal, neonatal and postnatal experience. We bridge the gap including education, resources, coordination of services and advocacy and offer guidance and resources to support families of newborn infants.
