Request a First Pregnancy
or New Mama Group

Please complete this form if you are pregnant for the first time or have recently delivered or welcomed your first baby. Optional Items are in pink. NOTE: If you are having your 2nd baby, please use this form.

After completing this required form, you will be redirected to the Mamistad Calendar where you can RSVP for a short (free) New Member Zoom Chat so we can meet and answer all your questions. After that, you're ready to connect with your IN-PERSON group! Need a weekday call? Let us know.

IN-PERSON (LOCAL) vs VIRTUAL GROUPS: Currently, local groups are forming in the NOVA/DC, Denver CO & Austin TX areas. You will receive an email reply with your group option(s) for a Local Group, if one is available. If you are not in one of these areas, you will be contacted if/when there are enough moms in your area to start a group.

ONE-TIME FEE: The one-time fee is due only after you approve of your local group option. This payment may be paid in two installment if necessary. Group fees are: NOVA/DC $87, Denver, CO $77 and Austin, TX $67
