With Babies
It's up to each mom as to decide when she wants to venture out with baby. Do what makes YOU feel comfortable. Whenever you're ready, you'll be so glad you don't have to go out and make new moms friends!
1. Revolving playdates/meetups are nice during this time. They're a low-stress way for mom to get some adult conversation!
-
For those who can host, a sign-up sheet can be posted on your groups Google Sheet.
-
A big production is not expected. A cleared space on the floor or some space to sit and feed baby is much appreciated!
-
Everyone travels with their own drinks these days. Of course arriving with some fruit or a healthy snack is always welcome, but not required.
-
Moms get a chance to practice gettimg baby out in the carseat, knowing the destination is low-stress and they can celebrate the victory on arrival.
-
Don't underestimate baby bonding time. Babies love baby faces too!

2. Mommy & Me Yoga is great around 8 weeks or so - SUPER CUTE!
3. MOMS NIGHT OUT! Dads can watch the kids at home, or at their own dad playdate. Moms need their time to reconnect & breathe.
4. Take a walk.
5.
